I Cavalieri del Torneo Medievale is an italian project about a series of limited edition prints freely inspired by the ancient representations of medieval jousting tournaments. Thirty are the knights and thirty are the heraldry and crests designed for each of them: animals, human and chimeric figures, plants and inanimate objects, combined with bright colors, are the identifying symbols that tell the personality of each knight. Thirty are also the names of the knights, which were conceived by drawing inspiration from the lexicon of blazon.
A project created to rediscover the origins of visual identity as we know it today, all reinterpreted in a contemporary key.
